A stone's throw from the sea, on the fourth and last floor with lift, an entire 50m2 apartment accommodates up to 6 people, complete with all comforts including a large balcony for having lunch and dinner outdoors and free non-exclusive uncovered condominium parking subject to availability. During each check-in, barring unforeseen circumstances, the owner Mrs. Lucia will personally show you the structure and give you the keys.
