If you love country life, but equally enjoy a cool aperitif in the city centre, you've come to the right place ♥ Our house is located in a quiet residential area. Only 100 metres away from us there is a walking and cycling path that takes you to the old town of of Sterzing/Vipiteno in 15 minutes on foot. If you take the other direction, you can go for a nice walk in the middle of green (or snowy :) meadows. EVERYTHING IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE: *3 minutes walk to the next bus stop *7 minutes walk to the train station Sterzing with direct train connections to Innsbruck, Brixen/Bressanone, Bozen/Bolzano, Meran/Merano, Trento and Verona *10 minutes walk to the next grocery store, pharmacy, bar, restaurant *10 minutes walk to the "Balneum" (outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, sauna, SPA) *15 minutes walk to the historic center of Sterzing/Vipiteno *15 minutes walk to a large playground/sports facility with bar, Kneipp facility, minigolf, soccer field, ice skating rink, tennis, riding stable, etc. *5 - 20 minutes by car to three hiking/skiing areas (Rosskopf, Ratschings, Ladurns) - 40 minutes to Val Gardena/Alta Badia
