The apartment is located in Coldemies, a small fraction of Alleghe, in an uncontaminated area away from the traffic and movement of the town center, it is an authentic place in the heart of the Dolomites, with a nearby small stable. The apartment is in a completely renovated historic residence dating back to 1861, the entrance is on an old path that leads to Pian di Pezzè, the space is large enough to accommodate 2 families with children, the two standard double rooms are more spacious than the average of the rooms in this area, the quadruple room is made up of 2 french double beds, it is ideal for children-teenagers or for a family with children, on the first floor there is a full kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, there is one covered parking space in the building in front. The view from the living room is breathtaking, on one side the lake of Alleghe and on the other the Monte Civetta. The apartment is warm and welcoming, furnished with care and attention to design, ideal for families. You can't arrive to the entrance of the building by car, you have to walk on a 30-meter uphill path.

Coldemies is located along the road to Pian di Pezzè, where in winter you can find the Ski Civetta ski facilities, the new playground Ally Farm and the Alleghe Central Park snowpark and in summer the departure for beautiful trails in the middle of nature suitable for children and adults and the Civetta Adventure Park. To get around you need a car, in the area there is no public service that reaches the apartment, to get to the center of Alleghe on foot with the path it takes about 25 minutes on foot (step of an adult), to get to the Pian di Pezzè on foot with the path, it takes 30 minutes on foot (step of an adult).
