Property information

Tatta & Nanna Rooms is a recently renovated building with a touch of modernity that makes it comfortable and welcoming. The entrance, the hall and the kitchen with its components are shared for all guests of the structure. The rooms, located on the first floor, accommodate two people each and possibly a baby in the additional cot. You will have a small fridge for exclusive use in the room, the private bathroom is complete with shower, bidet and towel warmer. Heating and air conditioning are controlled by a smart wall thermostat of the latest generation. On the wall we find a flat screen TV in front of the bed, also you can connect to internet with continuous access via WiFi. From the room the large windows offer a breathtaking view. On the top floor of the hotel is the terrace, for exclusive use of the Deluxe King Room. Other things to know: - In order to access the house, you will need to check-in online. Guests must upload their identity documents and sign the short lease agreement as required by Italian law. - In all Sweet Home Sardinia homes we are committed to make a proper separate collection. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of the stay. The correct sorting and disposal of waste is the responsibility of the guests. - Unidentified persons are not allowed to enter the house.

Being in the center of Oliena, Tatta & Nanna Rooms is a perfect place to stay and discover the Barbagia, its geographical position favors its proximity to Nuoro, Orgosolo, Mamoiada. Distant a few kilometers from hiking trails and places of interest, such as the sources of Su Gologone in which in addition to visiting the park and the source you have the opportunity to do activities with kayaks, The Lanaitto Valley is just 15 km away where you can visit archaeological sites and the caves of Sa Oche, Su Ventu and Grotta Corbeddu, as well as countless hiking trails suitable for every person. In just 30 minutes you can reach the beach of Cala Gonone or all the other beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
