At the foot of the wonderful Assisi, a completely restored farmhouse immersed in the green of its vast park and Umbrian countryside all around. Both the interior and the exterior are the result of a style choice that has wonderfully blended old and new, combining the finest decor and refined furnishings with contemporary design. Among the olive trees of the park, the swimming pool with waterfall is the ideal place for relaxing and peaceful moments. The pride of the estate is the stunning city of Assisi, a real postcard, exciting during the day and even more magical at night.

From Tenuta San Masseo you can easily reach the beautiful Assisi. The Italian poet Giosuè Carducci wrote, "Assisi is a great thing, country, town and sanctuary." Country, because it has all the characteristics of the Umbrian village: perched on top of a hill overlooking the valley. City, because Assisi played a key role in history of the world: from here has departed St. Francis to change the church. Sanctuary, because of the passage of St. Francis and Santa Chiara remain small and large churches, miraculous places, crypts that attract thousands of faithful every year.Then we are in Umbria, so there is a great tradition of hospitality, and a gastronomy with products of excellence. It is also possible to visit all the beautiful Umbrian villages with enogastronomic itineraries (Bevagna, Montefalco, Norcia), naturalistic tours (Monte Subasio, Cascate delle Marmore, Valnerina, Lake Trasimeno) and historical-artistic routes (Perugia, Spello, Gubbio, Spoleto).
