Cozy, quiet and elegantly furnished 1970s en-suite rooms within an apartment located in one of the most prestigious areas of downtown Palermo, at the gates of the historic center. The apartment has a communal kitchen, equipped for cooking or making good coffee, and an elegant living room for reading and smart-working, a small library that can be consulted, works of art. The rooms with fine parquet floors are all furnished with refinement, as are the private en-suite bathrooms. Amenities: welcome set, bath and bed linen, mini fridge and kettle in room, safe, mosquito nets, heating and air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, emergency lights, first-aid kit, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher. Close to Lolli Metro Station (also connected to Palermo airport), Politeama and Massimo Theaters, Capo Market, English Garden, Villa Malfitano, Villino Florio, stores, restaurants and pubs...

The neighborhood: Tetide Home is located in one of the most prestigious and quiet areas of the city of Palermo, just outside the historic center. From Tetide Home you can reach the Politeama Theater, the Massimo Theater, the Capo Market, the Palazzo Ziino Museum, historic buildings, museums, cinemas, restaurants, pubs and the most important and nearby gardens such as the English Garden, Villa Trabia, Villa Malfitano.
