Cosy and spacious studio in Como (neighbourhood of Camerlata): close to the city center, comfortably reachable with public transportation or by private car. Based near the FS and FNM Railway Stations and well-served with regular buses, it is the perfect place for those who desire to discover the beauty of Como and its lake. The efficiency apartment is next to a supermarket, cinemas, cafeterias, restaurants, and paddle tennis courts.

Camerlata is one of the most well-served neighborhoods in Como. Public transportation guarantees the possibility of moving comfortably to the city center and reaching Milan or Switzerland by train. The area offers all the most common facilities, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks with ATM services, restaurants, cafeterias, and cinemas.
