Newly renovated, stylish apartment nestled in Varenna's historical center. On a cobbled street just 50m from the picturesque Riva Grande, the apartment is a 1-min walk from the lake and St. Giorgio’s square, 2 min from Villa Monastero, and less than 10 min from the ferry and the train station. The apartment boasts a beautiful lateral view of the lake and lots of light. With modern furnishings, air conditioning, wifi, and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, this elegant property renders your stay as comfortable as possible. Ideal for couples or families! The Sporting Club Olivedo is a 8-min walk away, with two swimming pools overlooking the lake, a restaurant and a sports club (entrance fee applies).

I bought this house after falling in love with Varenna's romantic little streets and beautiful lake views, and would be delighted to share it with you. Expect quintessential Italian hospitality, meet original art works which I have collected from around the globe, meet Italian design. As a foodie, I have equipped the custom-built kitchen with everything you may need to cook your own meals, should you prefer to do that rather than enjoy Varenna's excellent restaurant scene.
Historic Varenna is the preferred location of our guests: home to Varenna's famous Lovers Promenade, unforgettable sunsets at Riva Grande, narrow cobbled streets lit by lanterns, romantic restaurants, and the elegant gardens of Villa Monastero.
