Bright and spacious apartment, with incredible views of Lake Como.
Equipped with a large balcony, the property can accommodate up to 6 people.
The whole living area and the master bedroom have an incredible lake view and have access to the balcony.
It is easily accessible from the main road and is adjacent to parking lots and the bus stop.
Pognana Lario is located halfway between Como and Bellagio, in a strategic position for those who want to visit the lake and its beauty.

The town of Pognana Lario is very peaceful, ideal for those seeking an oasis of tranquility, but within easy reach of places of interest and entertainment.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is a bar, the bus stop and a grocery store.
In the village there are also a butcher shop, two hairdressers, another bar and two restaurants, all within walking distance with a walk of no more than 10 minutes.
It is possible to move by bus (n ° c30 that connects Como and Bellagio), and the bus stop is literally outside the poperty.
In the village there is also a pier ("imbarcadero" in italian), where the boat stops about 2/3 times a day in high season.
The walk to reach the pier passes through ancient villas, gardens and glimpses of the lake. Really unmissable!
