The property, where you can sit comfortably together, is situated on the four sides of the house, is slightly sloping and consists of natural grass and wooded areas. The house is located in Castelvecchio di Compito, a quiet area with low hills, between Lucca and Pisa, famous for the exhibition of ancient camellias that takes place every year between March and April. Some distances: 18 km Lucca, 28 km Pisa, 64 km Florence. Lovers of outdoor activities are spoiled for choice here: tennis, horseback riding and golf or relaxing days at the thermal baths of San Giuliano. The coast is also within easy reach: 37 km to the sandy beaches of Calambrone and 41 km to the pebble beaches of Marina di Pisa.
