The welcoming structure has independent access which is located in a strategic position of Messina because it is near the exit of the Messina motorway exit and at the same time close to the historic center, easily reachable on foot. The apartment has three guest rooms, a living room, a spacious kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is for the exclusive use of the manager. The recently renovated structure is equipped with every comfort. The style of the rooms is design which are bright all day long. Each room has a radiator, air conditioning, a large fan, towels and a Full HD TV with USB plug. Guests will enjoy the shared bathroom with other guests as well as the use of the shared kitchen and its equipment just to eat and heat the meals. The use of the stove involves an extra per day per person for consumption and cleaning. Each room has its own illuminated balcony. the manager has a private room and bathroom.
Passion for music and art, architecture, design, music, travel, reading, cinema, theater. I like Italian and international cuisine and can recommend restaurants to suit every need. I am available to illustrate the treasures and the artistic and architectural heritage of my city, upon request. I am always available via app, phone and I will be happy to provide any kind of tourist or logistic information
The neighborhood is quiet and safe during the day and illuminated at night it is also possible to dine at the restaurant-pizzeria located a few steps from the hotel. For the traveler it can be an excellent starting point for discovering the city of Messina from the nearby panoramic belvedere of the Sanctuary of Christ the King point from which to take wonderful pictures or observe through the binoculars the Strait of Messina and then continue on foot to Piazza Duomo in a historical crescendo studded with the sanctuary of Montalto, the Monte di Pietà, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The structure is a stone's throw from numerous clinics and the Cristo re orthopedic hospital, the University of Messina and the Palacultura (home to the auditorium, library and art gallery) and the Vittorio Emanuele theater.
