85 sqm apartment completely renovated and air conditioned consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and equipped kitchen. It is located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet and silent building and a 7-minute walk from the Metro C Torre Maura stop which will take you in about 20 minutes on foot to the Colosseum and the historic center. It is located in an area equipped with all services, typical restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and various shops. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people. The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, 42-inch smart TV and exercise bike, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with air conditioning, TV and desk, a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV and air conditioning and access to the balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. The kitchen is equipped with: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer, extendable dining table for 6 people, kitchen cabinet with coffee machine, kettle, toaster and oven. Bathroom with tub and shower. Safe available for guests. Wi-fi throughout the house. We also have an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
