Perfetto per coppie, famiglie o viaggiatori in smart working, l’appartamento è il punto di partenza ideale per scoprire tutte le meraviglie della città 🙂. 📍 Posizione strategica • 🚶 10-15 min dal centro storico: Bastione di Saint Remy, Castello, Marina. • 🏖️ 10 min in auto/bus dalla spiaggia del Poetto, una delle più belle della Sardegna. • 🍽️ A due passi da ristoranti, pizzerie, bar e pasticcerie tipiche. • 🛒 Supermercati, farmacia e fermata del bus sotto casa. • 🚆 Facile accesso alla stazione e all’aeroporto (15 min in auto o taxi).
