Located less than 3 km from the suggestive and renowned beaches of the Capitolo of Monopoli, Tropical Palm Villa awaits you to welcome you in the greenery of the Mediterranean scrub. The villa, completely renovated and finely furnished in 2023, is approximately 130 square meters and has three double bedrooms, one of which can also become a double room, a large living room with sofa, well-equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms with shower. The villa is equipped with a splendid apple-shaped swimming pool with hydromassage, set in the English lawn and surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The villa is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms and Smart TV. You will have at your complete disposal a wonderful garden of approximately 500 square meters, with flowers, palms and various species of succulent and ornamental plants. You can relax on the veranda between outdoor sofas and use the barbecue. The scents, colors and serenity of the countryside will remain pleasantly in your memories. Semi-detached, it borders another of our villas "Overseas Pool Villa" and a small private space in the outdoor area. No. 2 reserved parking spaces in the private car park, shared with the owner.
Our family will be at your complete disposal for any need to contribute as much as possible to make your stay unforgettable.
In the immediate vicinity, beautiful free and equipped beaches and coves await you, the city center and the historic center, where you can immerse yourself in the narrow streets for shopping and restaurants where you can appreciate typical cuisine, pubs and clubs for nightlife. The villa is in a privileged position with respect to the neighboring cities of great tourist interest such as Polignano a Mare, Castella Grotte, Ostuni, Alberobello, Martina Franca.
