Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00. To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of eur 70.00. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
