The Villa is located on the first hill around the city of Lucca, in Tuscany, just 7 km from the historic center, a tourist area known for its historic villas, a stone's throw from the Villa Reale, home of famous historical figures such as Elisa Bonaparte. For the exclusive use of the guests a fenced garden and a private pool of 450 x 750 cm deep 110 cm. The rent includes the ground floor and the first floor, the large front garden, the entire pool and the space around it. The owners will attend a flat in the basement of the villa, not included in the rent, which they will access via the common road, with an entrance at the back of the villa, leaving complete privacy to their guests. The Villa is equipped with the most modern comforts without forgetting the authentic style of Tuscan architecture, with air conditioning in all rooms. It will be possible to relax and read a book by the pool, sunbathe and bathe refreshing on hot days, play in the garden with your children, all in absolute privacy without other people attending the same facility. WIFI is available and free throughout the house.
