140 m2 loft with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, office with workstation, high speed wifi. Washing machine area; 160x200 bed and sofa bed, comfortable for 2-4 people. This large and very bright space is ready to welcome those who love contemporary spaces, to also be used as a work space during the holiday. Free parking. Empoli is a car/train/bus crossroads for Vinci, Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca. Trains to Florence, Pisa and Siena every 30 minutes. Bus stop for the train station near the property.
