Ampio bilocale indipendente NUOVO ,completo di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, free wifi, Smart TV, lavastoviglie), posizionato a piano terra con portico ed ampio spazio pedonale antistante e PRIVO DI BARRIERE ARCHITETTONICHE. Quartiere tranquillo e proprio al confine con il centro storico di Pietra Ligure e alle spiagge. Nei pressi si trova anche un comodissimo supermercato aperto fino alle 21.00. A 150 mt dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla fermata del pullman.
