These new apartments are situated in Dongo, 3 minutes from the shores of Lake Como. It is about 40 km from Lugano, 45 km from Como, 65 km from Locarno. The apartments "Olives on the Lake" include free private parking on private and enclosed area, the area covered by free WiFi. Apartments include: a living room; a kitchen; a double room; a double room with twin beds and a bathroom. Finally, a panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Como and its best peaks. They lie just 100 meters from the supermarket, 150 meters from the restaurant, 300 meters from the beach.
. Everything can be distant but nothing unattainable!
From the rooftop terrace you can relax enjoying the beautiful view. For lovers of sailing and water sports, we find ourselves in the area equipped to offer this kind of sports attraction as well as being a convenient starting point for those wishing to go hiking, mountain biking, wind surfing, kite surfing, acuqa of skiing, paragliding, and mountain climbing as many valleys overlook this side of lake Como, including Valtellina that leads to the famous resort of St. Moritz. Also, for lovers of fine cuisine, the flavors of typical seafood menu, are combined with the rustic and genuine perfumes of the dishes prepared in the mountain "Crotti" that you will find many a few kilometers from the lake. You can also visit the numerous villas of historical / artistic interest: Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello, the abbey of Piona (visible from the terrace) and from lake Villa Oleandra (summer residence of the actor George Clooney US).
