A swing on the sea is an exclusive location, one of a kind, located in the picturesque marina of Marittima, on the cliffs of the Adriatic Sea. A peculiarity of the villa is, certainly, its proximity to the sea, which allows direct access, via a accessible rocky beach, to the crystal clear sea, enjoying the sun in total tranquility and solitude. The villa is on two levels, on the first floor there is the sleeping area which has two large bedrooms, served by a bathroom and a small equipped balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea. On the ground floor we have the living area which houses the dining room and the kitchenette, followed by the living room with wicker sofas and a reading area. The furnished and covered exteriors allow you to have lunch or dinner with a view of the sea and to fully enjoy the Salento days. The property has air conditioning and free parking.

Marittima is a coastal municipality located in the south-eastern part of the wonderful Salento peninsula, including a stretch of the Adriatic Sea coast south of Capo d'Otranto. The Marittima marina develops in the middle position of the suggestive Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca stretch, whose coves, ravines and inlets embellish the locality, lapped by one of the cleanest and clearest seas in Italy, and for this reason it has been awarded several times with the European Blue Flag recognition. Perfect for snorkelling and diving lovers and for its naturalness represented by the suggestive Green Grotto, the fascinating cavity which, with the sun's rays coming from the cracks in the bottom, creates an enchanting emerald green and fluorescent atmosphere. The strategic position of Marittima easily connects much of the coast, allowing you to reach the most famous Salento beaches such as Castro, Santa Cesarea Terme, Leuca, Maldives of Salento and many others in just a few minutes by car.
