Welcome to the Antico Mulino Baderem, a historic gem from the 1600s nestled in the picturesque natural landscape of "Parco dei Colli", just a few kilometers from Bergamo. The property offers a rejuvenating refuge for those seeking to unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life. - Suitable for families, couples, and large groups - Mountain trails just steps away from the mill - Natural waterfall with private access from the house, perfect for cooling off on summer days BEDROOMS: - Bedroom A with a double bed - Bedroom B with 2 single beds, 1 loft bed, and a workspace - Bed linen included - Baby cot (available upon request) LIVING ROOM: - Spacious area with a sofa bed - Antique stone fireplace & pellet stove - Chest with board games & children's toys BATHROOMS: - Two modern bathrooms, both with showers - Towels, shampoo, and shower gel provided - First aid kit available in the ground floor bathroom - Hairdryer provided KITCHEN: - Fully equipped - Gas stove - Electric oven - Traditional wood-burning stove and oven - Microwave - Complete set of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and barbecue utensils OUTDOOR SPACE: - The property is fully accessible to guests - Table with benches and chairs for dining and outdoor gatherings - Ollare lava stone barbecue (with wood available on site) - Natural waterfall with private access from the house, perfect for cooling off and hosting events The property features a private outdoor space of 1000 square meters and is located within the Natural Park of "Colli di Bergamo".
