Welcome to my facility I am happy to welcome you in a relaxing environment by the sea where you can admire beautiful sunsets and swim in the crystal clear waters of the southern Tyrrhenian Sea, and lie in the sun on the wide silver beach. If you want you can participate in typical Calabrian cooking lessons. In fact, cooking is one of my passions in addition to my love for my land and my sea with a thousand facets.

Property information

The property has direct and private access to the sea, without crossing any roads. There is private parking inside the property. The garden has a gazebo on the beach with outdoor furniture, a pergola and a porch where you can stay in the open air. Adjacent to the beach there is an outdoor shower where you can cool off after a day of sun and sea. Opening the door of the property you will find yourself in a large corridor with access to the living room and kitchen with large spaces and sea view. Continuing you reach the master bathroom and another corridor with the three bedrooms and the second bathroom. The balconies open to the sea view in one room and in the other garden view the central room has a garden view. The large space and the brightness of the house make it welcoming and relaxing.

the property is 35 km from Sant'Eufemia Lamezia Terme airport, 25 km from the Sanctuary of Paola, 39 km from Terme Luigiane. 2 km from the center of Belmonte Calabro where there is an ancient village made of alleys and streets with the Matrice dell'Assunta church.
