A delightful apartment just a short walk from the center of Latina and La Sapienza University. Casa Carturan offers all the comforts you need to feel at home: a beautiful, spacious terrace, a brand-new open-plan kitchen, air conditioning, and a hotel-quality mattress – all completely new. The location is ideal: just a short distance from the bus station (which conveniently connects you to the beach, the train station, and other destinations) and only a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, full of cafés, pubs, and restaurants. Our goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, and we are always available to assist you.
Originally from New Zealand, I lived in this little apartment for many years before my husband and I expanded our family and needed more space. I love living in Latina and will be happy to recommend wonderful places to discover in this region—often underrated but full of surprises.
One of the newer cities of Italy, Latina's position make it a fantastic place for a holiday outside of the rush: With 35km of beach coastline and mountains a twenty minute drive away, there is something for everyone. Surrounded by areas of outstanding beauty such as San Felice Circeo or Giardini dei Ninfi, staying in the city centre can connect you to everywhere with ease.
