Splendid villa with large outdoor spaces and all the comforts to spend your holidays in complete relaxation! The house is newly built, is green, equipped with the latest appliances and is popular with couples and families. Here you can choose to relax under the sun in the comfortable deckchairs in the garden or pamper yourself under the stars in the outdoor Jacuzzi(extra fee) The location offers adequate privacy and you can reach the beach, shops and clubs in just 5 minutes by car.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located on a quiet hill from which you can reach the beach in less than 5 minutes and the village centre, which is full of restaurants, pizzerias, clubs and shops. The most beautiful beaches are 5-10 km away, such as Scoglio di Peppino, Monte Turnu or Cala Sinzias; Villasimius is only 15 minutes by car and Cagliari is about 50 minutes by car. We suggest using your car to fully enjoy your stay. Within 5 minutes, you can reach the local market located in Piazza Mercato, every Thursday and Saturday morning from 8:00 to 13:00.
