Valtellina Vacanze offers short term rentals in 2 elegant brand new apartments (80 square meters each) in a house completely renovated in 2022 (energy class A2). Underfloor heating, free wifi , air conditioning, free parking outside, equipped balcony, washer-dryer, flat screen smart TV, coffee machine, electric kettle and microwave oven are only some of the many services offered to our guests.
Welcome is our key word. Meeting and hosting new people, whether they are co-nationals or of different language and culture is a pleasure for us and it is the push that led us to undertake this activity. The well-being of our guests is essential; every furniture detail has been chosen with great care to ensure maximum comfort and create a relaxing space that offers peace and harmony, where wood and warm natural colours reign supreme. No matter how short your stay is; Valtellina Vacanza awaits you to turn your holiday into a unique experience!
The structure is located in Sondrio in a strategic position close to the center and a short walk to the train and bus station and to the E-bike and car rental. In the nearby market hall (on Saturday morning in front of the train station) you can buy typical quality products at zero km. Valtellina Vacanze is a great starting point to reach the renowned local tourist areas, but also Como Lake and why not? To visit Milan.
