The apartment is located in the oldest part of Porto S. Stefano, along the pier of the old port, which today is a place for mooring yachts and sailboats. The light, the extreme proximity to the sea (it almost seems that you can touch it), the white of the furnishings and the soft colors of the walls create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which you can spend a peaceful stay. To reach it on foot you can walk along the pier, strolling in front of the characteristic fish restaurants and the various bars where you can sip an aperitif on the return from the sea or a drink after dinner. When you arrive at the entrance door of the building, you go up four flights of stairs to the door of the apartment. At the entrance there is a long corridor: on the right side, facing the sea, there is a double bedroom, the living room and another double bedroom, on the left one there is the kitchen (fully equipped), the bathroom and another double bedroom, quieter than the others because it overlooks an inner courtyard. The beautiful and charming balcony overlooks the sea called "Arena del Turchese" and above the premises of the Argentario's nightlife. Tourist Tax to be paid at check-in.

Argentario is the highest promontory of the Tuscan coast. An ancient calcareous island connected to the coast just by two strips of land, called Tombolo of Giannella and Tombolo of Feniglia which surround the Orbetello Lagoon, protected by a Regional Reserve and by WWF for its variety of flora and fauna and the important colony of pink and white flamingo. The historic centers of Orbetello, Porto S: Stefano and Porto Ercole boast ancient fortresses, remains of the Spanish domination. Beautiful characteristic bays with blue and transparent water can be reached on foot or by boat. Very close to the Maremma, to Magliano, to the thermal baths of Saturnia, to Pitigliano, Sovana, Scansano, home of Morellino wine and an hour from the Valdorcia, home of Brunello and site of Siena's castles.
