At VICTORY ROOMS we are a family-run establishment. We love our job, we work hard and we have a single goal: to offer a VALID AND COMPLETE SERVICE, in a QUIET AND PRIVATE LOCATION, just steps from the VATICAN and the METRO station. We care about our customers, we ensure an ACCURATE CLEANING of all our spaces and we aim to spoil our guests with small ideas aimed at making their stay in our small B&B more pleasant and comfortable. Whatever the reason that drives the tourist to travel, whether will be for leisure, to rest, to pull the plug or just out of curiosity, we are here to satisfy and to ensure a unique stay, fullfilling a multitude of different requests. To ENTER the structure, guests will need to INSERT CODES in the keypad of the B&B door and on the SAFETY BOX located in the hall, dedicated to the customer to COLLECT the KEYS. A clear and detailed MESSAGING SYSTEM allows the REGISTRATION of DOCUMENTS in a easy and fast way and explains STEP BY STEP, how to check in and ACCESS INTO YOUR OWN ROOM in total autonomy. In case of difficulty, our guests can always count on DAY and NIGHT TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE for any need.

Property information

For those who wish, luggage storage service is available both at arrival and departure for a small fee. We kindly ask you to let us know in advance if you would like to use this service. For arrivals in the morning, from 10:00/10:30 onwards, you can leave your suitcases in the common room of the facility, under the supervision of the housekeepers. When the room is ready, they will be moved inside. For all our guests who choose to purchase the rate with Italian BREAKFAST INCLUDED, we inform you that it will be served at "CAFFÈ GOURMET", a bar in the SURROUNDING AREA of the B&B (two minutes walk) precisely in via ANDREA DORIA n. 46. The breakfast includes a DRINK OF YOUR CHOICE between cappuccino, coffee, latte, tea; a BRIOCHE and a FRUIT JUICE. COUPONS, one for each guest, will be left on the DESK of the ROOM, and they must BE DELIVERED every MORNING, before each CONSUMPTION,. To limit the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT due to frequent WASHING of towels, we inform you that the change of BATHROOM LINEN will take place every 2/3 DAYS or upon your SPECIFIC REQUEST by paying a SMALL CONTRIBUTION. Thanks to your help, we will limit the use of water, detergents and energy.

Neighbourhood information

VICTORY ROOMS enjoys a strategic position in the heart of the area known as "ROME OF THE POPES", from which it is possible to reach VATICAN MUSEUMS in a few minutes walk. ST. PETER'S BASILICA and BORGO PIO (with the historic PASSETTO) are just over a km. CASTEL SANT'ANGELO is located 2km away and the OLYMPIC STADIUM about 2.5km. "CIPRO" metro station (LINE A) is less than 300 meters far, it takes only 5 stops to get to PIAZZA DI SPAGNA, with the historic TRINITA' DEI MONTI's staircase, and 7 stops to reach ROMA TERMINI RAILWAY STATION. It is located in a residential area provided with all the services (supermarkets, banks, post office, pharmacies). For shopping lovers we recommend via COLA DI RIENZO, one of the funniest streets where it will be possible to go wild with purchases. The B&B offers a paid airport shuttle service to and from FIUMICINO and CIAMPINO airports at dedicated prices.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours, please note after 11 PM check-in are exclusively with appointment:

- EUR 30 between 11 PM and 1 AM (following day)

- EUR 50 for arrival from 1 AM to 2 AM (following day)

Arrivals after 2 AM are not accepted.

Early check in from 12 PM onwards (instead of 3 PM ) by paying an extra charge of €30.

Late check out from 10 AM to 12 PM is possible paying an extra charge of 35 EUR.

All requests are subject to confirmation by the property.

To limit the environmental impact due frequent towel washes, we inform you that linen will not be changed every day but every 2/3 days.

If, upon specific request, you wish to replace the complete set, the cost is €5 per person. For the replacement of shower towels only, the cost is €2.50 for each single towel.

Thanks to your help we will limit the use of water, detergents and energy.
