Relax in the heart of Chianti Classico in this delightful semi-detached house. Vigna Home can accommodate up to 5 people and is surrounded by the fine vineyards of a 20-hectare Chianti Classico wine estate. The Rustico is 300 metres from the main building, which houses other flats and where guests will find a beautiful shared swimming pool, as well as the reception and wine cellar. It is ideal for friends or families looking for a peaceful retreat and wishing to explore the Chianti vineyards and famous Tuscan towns. Note: The owners use the adjacent property at weekends. They have separate access and do not share any of the facilities. - A damage deposit of EUR 1500 is required for under 21 years old groups. - Please note that a city tax of EUR 2 per person, per night needs to be paid on the spot. - Air conditioning charges of EUR 10 per day need to be paid locally.
