Vigna Vecchia is finely furnished and equipped with all the usual accessories. We propose 3 solutions: - 2 two-room apartments - 1 studio apartment Endowed of: - kitchenette + dining area - bathroom - double bed (+ single bed for two-room apartments) + wardrobe - mosquito nets - conditioned air - large equipped covered veranda - external masonry kitchen + shower (for the two-room apartments) The rural residence is located in a plot of 2.5 hectares of land; you can take advantage of every corner of it for moments of relaxation, recreation, reading, etc. where spaces of shade, gazebos, straws, pergolas, etc. are allocated.
The house is a few minutes from: - MARINA DI SAN GREGORIO (700m), an enchanting rocky bay, known for its aperitif overlooking the sea, at sunset. - FELLONICHE (1km), half sandy and half rocky beach. Location known for the presence of the super-equipped LIDO MARINELLI, elected one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy. At 4 km there is SANTA MARIA DI LEUCA, the extreme strip of Italy. The waterfront is characterized by the presence of equipped beaches, restaurants and bars. Walking a short distance by car (4 km), we find ourselves in the white sandy beaches of the Ionian coast renowned and crowded with bathing establishments and equipped lidos, such as: PESCOLUSE, MALDIVES OF SALENTO, TORRE PALI, ec. All other famous destinations are within easy reach. On the Adriatic side: MARINA SERRA, TRICASE PORTO, CASTRO, SANTA CESAREA TERME, OTRANTO, ec. On the Ionian side: TORRE SAN GIOVANNI, MARINA DI ALLISTE, LIDO PIZZO, GALLIPOLI, SANTA CATERINA, ec. Within a few km, there are more emergency rooms and all other services, such as: supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.
