Neighbourhood information

Villa Ada is located in the heart of the Marche region, precisely in the countryside of Monterubbiano, among olive groves and vineyards. Monterubbiano is one of the pearls of Fermo hinterland and dominates a large part of the Aso Valley, a magnificent area full of medieval villages, set between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic coast. Within 10 minutes by car you can reach the beaches of the Marche region up to Porto Sant'Elpidio, a lovely seaside resort appreciated for the sea and the adjacent pine forest, for the beach and the promenade with some play areas for children, a cycle path, many green spaces and restaurants. The villa is ideally located as it allows you to quickly reach many other destinations of the Marche region: in just half an hour you can visit another seaside resort such as Civitanova Marche; at 50 minutes away you will find both Macerata (where every summer a very important opera festival takes place at the Sferisterio) and the Regional Park of Monte Conero (with its suggestive cliffs overlooking the sea, several hiking trails, and splendid beaches).
