The highlights of this villa are the generous spaces of the house and the beauty of the garden, in which are planted plants now almost a hundred years old such as oak , acacias, cedars of Lebanon. Lie down in the hammocks and relax in the gazebo to enjoy this green paradise
I am a 50-year-old woman with a lot of energy and zest for life. Financial director of a company that builds sailboats, I have worked for large groups and famous brands, always in the financial field. This place immediately fascinated me because of the spaces and their architectural distribution. I have tried to intervene in the rooms while respecting the vintage atmosphere of the villa, and I hope that like me you will be able to appreciate the beauty of this place!
A sophisticated and original 350sqm villa offering generous interior spaces and 1500sqm garden with acacias, cedars, oaks: a green paradise at a stone's throw from all amenities. The villa stands on a plain at the edge of the beautiful and unique surrounding area of Lake Massaciuccoli The property enjoys a fortunate location 15 minutes from Versilia and Lucca, 30 minutes from Pisa, 1 hour from Florence and the 5terre, reachable also by train and bus (stops a few hundred meters away).
