In the heart of Le Marche overlooking the green hills of Aso Valley, there’s Villa Amore di Ada, a beautiful luxurious Italian villa with a pool that conserves the charm of the local traditional farmhouse. Between peach trees, olive groves, and vineyards, this villa is a perfect location for exclusive retreats, groups of friends, or large families as everyone can spend time together in a large variety of common areas.
This property is located some minutes’ drive from the lovely historic town of Monterubbiano with its good range of local facilities. The small village is in the Aso Valley, an area in Le Marche famous for outstanding fruit cultivation and it’s only some minutes driving from the Adriatic Sea. You can also easily reach the sandy beaches of Cupra Marittima (25 minutes). The nearest villages are Monterubbiano, Moresco, Lapedona, Campofilone, and Torre di Palme. You can also easily reach the impressive cities of Fermo and Ascoli Piceno. There are hilltop villages, beaches, restaurants, wineries, and several historic cities just a drive away. The airports of Ancona and Pescara are within 50 and 60 minutes, respectively.
