Villa Anna is an 18th century sandstone villa set on a hill, surrounded by olive and cherry trees in a grove of over 30,000 square meters of lawn, ideal for a wonderful vacation far from the stress of modern life. Every comfort is ALL INCLUSIVE: a heated outdoor whirlpool SPA like the pool is heated in the less hot seasons, with hydromassage and salt purified, no chlorine; it has a variable depth with an area suitable for children .. Ideal for families and groups of friends in absolute privacy 20 minutes from the Adriatic Sea.
Villa Anna is on a hill a few minutes away on foot from the village of sant'Ippolito where you can find restaurants, bars, bakery, small discount, bank, post office: 15 minutes away from the supermarket; it is also close to the historic cities on the sea of Fano and Pesaro, to the natural park of the Furlo and not far from Urbino, the ducal city of the painter Raffaello; 45 minutes from the Aquafan playground in Riccione and Rimini, from Monte Conero and the caves of Frasassi.
