Please note that guests travelling by car will not be able to reach the property from 15 June until 31 August, on Tuesday and from 17:30 until 01:00, due to the market.

Villa Artemia is located in a residential area and from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 22.00 to 9.00 there is silence. In case of problems complained by neighbors or law enforcement agencies (which have already occurred a few times with groups of children), the property may request the immediate evacuation of the Villa and the relative payment of the entire stay, even if not enjoyed.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
