Property information

The villa consists of eight bedrooms with private bathrooms. It is equipped with two kitchens, one smaller and one larger with living space and adjacent to a hall that can be used as a reception room, business meetings, meetings; there is a second more intimate sitting room that welcomes guests with a sober and refined decor. The large fireplace, the heart of the house, creates a warm and romantic atmosphere. In following the architectural trend of the house, the rooms each show their own characteristics. Spacious and modern, each one has its own bathroom, air conditioning, a study corner and, one of them, a lovely sitting area. In the large garden surrounding the villa you will find: garden furniture (table, umbrellas, deck chairs), a barbecue, a gazebo and an above ground swimming pool all for the exclusive use of the villa. The property borders the highway and is separated from which it is separated by artificial hillocks. The sea and the city are only 3 km away. From the villa starts a path suitable for both trekking and mountain biking

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located about 2.5 km from both the historic center of Fano and its beaches. A seaside city of Roman origin, rich in monuments and works of art, in summer it comes alive with numerous events and shows suitable for children too. The sea offers a wide choice of well-equipped beaches that provide numerous services such as wind-serf courses, sailing, swimming, babysitting on the beach and much more. You can choose between shallow waters and sandy beaches (very suitable for children) or stony beaches. Fano also has a lovely beach for our animal friends. Thanks to the easy road network, Villa Brettino is in an excellent position to explore the nearby territory, less than ten minutes from the Adriatic Sea and from 30 to 60 minutes from the major centers of the Marche (Urbino, city of art, world heritage sites that was the birthplace of Raphael, Frasassi, with its famous caves, Pesaro, Gradara, Ancona), Umbria (Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi) and the Romagna coast famous for its entertainment and the coast of parks suitable for large and children (aquafan, Italy in miniature, mirabilandia, fiabilandia, the Cattolica aquarium, Oltremare).
