On the hills just 3.3 km from the city of Pescia, apartment in a splendid Tuscan villa with large garden, surrounded by an olive grove, comprising on the ground floor entrance, kitchen, dining room and toilet and on the first floor one double bedroom, one large triple bedroom, double or adaptable with 3 single beds in the attic (to which an additional single bed can be added) and a single bedroom, as well as two bathrooms. Outside there is a very large garden of over 400 square meters with a garden lounge and an area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners. In the garden you can also relax and enjoy the view in the above-ground swimming pool (diameter dimensions 3.66 meters and 1 meter high). You will find an outdoor shower equipped with hot and cold water positioned under a rosemary plant. TV with satellite channels is also available.
I am an old lady very happy to host tourists who want to visit Tuscany. Exactly, I specify that the city tax is charged for a maximum of 5 nights (persons up to and including 12 years of age are excluded) and will be paid on arrival.
Pescia city center is 3.3 km away. The location is very convenient and central for reaching the cities of Montecatini Terme (12km), Lucca (19km), Pisa (40km), Pistoia (30km), Viareggio/beach (56km), Florence (58km). Chiesina Uzzanese exit of the A11 motorway at 10 km. 6 km away, in the small village of Collodi, you can bring your children to visit the Pinocchio Park and the gardens of Villa Garzoni. Furthermore, with a day trip, you can reach the enchanting Cinque Terre villages (119 km), both by car and by train.
