Bright and cosy 3-rooms villa with 2-rooms depandance and private swimming pool in a peaceful location, nearby the seaside. The kitchenette is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms with 3 double beds and 2 single beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with crib, wifi, television, washing machine, air conditioning, safe box, garden, swimming pool, and private car park. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. You will also find an electric car charging station. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space and to let you enjoy your holiday. You're welcome, take care of it! As regards the bathroom products, they are only as a first welcome kit and daily cleaning services are not provided. EXTRA FEE Security deposit: 300,00 EUR For bookings of more than 6 people, a supplement of 10 EUR per person per stay will be required for linen.
