The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

During the rest of the year, the villa is available excluding the second floor, offering around 500 sqm with 4 double bedrooms, 1 single room, and 3 bathrooms, suitable for up to 9 guests. The private park is truly spectacular, with centuries-old trees and a private swimming pool. The interiors are spacious and filled with natural light, making it ideal for large groups who still wish to enjoy privacy and comfort. The outdoor area features a beautiful 20,000-square-meter park, mostly landscaped with English-style lawns and tall trees, including a magnificent centuries-old magnolia. The swimming pool is just a few meters from the house, accessible via a short staircase.
