For more than twenty years it has been dealing with tourist rentals of private villas, farmhouses and apartments with pool carefully selected in the main Italian locations. Villa del Duca is a private villa with pool in Le Marche just a few kilometers from Urbania, a charming town renowned for its majolica production. The villa is immersed in the countryside in a panoramic position and offers an infinity pool. Inside the furnishings give a touch of modernity highlighting the typical finishes of Le Marche farmhouse. Guests can benefit of equipped areas for al fresco dining, enjoying the natural beauty of the area. The villa is on the first floor accessible via an external staircase and is set on two levels. The first floor consists of a large living room-kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with single bed and a bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor there is an area with a French sofa bed, two single beds and a toilet. An additional pouf bed can be added in the living room.
