Property for exclusive use Villa for 15 persons with covered pool, jacuzzi,fitness area, sauna, fenced garden, garage and parking. The villa has 4 floors, with staircase and lift. Gr. Fl.: 2 living rooms, kitchen, small reading room, small bathroom. Lower fl.: dining room, kitchen, larder, 1 bathroom/shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds (high window), 1 bathroom/shower. The stairs leads down to the pool (14 m by 7, depth of 1.5-1.9 m, heated during the winter (heating not included), jacuzzi (heating not included), sauna for 5 persons, gym. The raised gr. floor leads to the 1st fl: living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom/shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom/shower and bathtub, 1 single bedroom perfect for kids. The 2nd fl.has a suite with double bed, bathroom/shower, small living room, air conditioning, a bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds (for children). The pool’s heating is to be paid on the spot (400 euros for the first day plus 60 euros/day to maintain the same temperature). Please note: A keeper every day takes care of the outdoor areas/swimming area, ensuring guests total privacy. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer up to 4 days after checking out. PLEASE NOTE: HEATING UPON CONSUMPTION 1,50 EUR/m3. JACUZZI HEATING UPON CONSUMPTION 1,50 EUR/m3. Charging for electric cars is available on request and costs EUR 30/day.
