Villa della Tartaruga **** is for the EXCLUSIVE use of the guest, wonderful and welcoming, recently renovated located between Rome and the sea in the green residential center of AXA Casalpalocco. Villa Della Tartaruga is made up of four floors including a basement with a hobby room and a fitness gym room with isotonic/cardio machines and a large 6-person hydromassage tub (jacuzzi) and relaxation loungers. Surrounded by a large private garden shaded by tall trees and large terraces where it is possible to sunbathe and stay. In summer the swimming pool located in the garden of the Villa with sunbeds, umbrella and showers is available. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a bathroom, kitchen and veranda with large window overlooking the garden and terrace. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has an exclusive bathroom and a further large bathroom available to the other two bedrooms. On the second floor another large bedroom and private bathroom. In the basement there is a large hobby room with fireplace and laundry room, parking spaces are available to customers inside and outside the property. It is equipped with every latest generation comfort system: Visual Home Control, independent heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms and SmartAir. Free 2 Gbps Fiber Wifi throughout the Villa, Free PRIME, NETFLIX and DISNEY+ platform, home entertainment in various rooms.

Villa Tartaruga is located in a very safe Exclusive Residential Complex with many shops, restaurants and supermarket, all within walking distance. Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino and the FIERA DI ROMA is about 15 minutes away. The Metro to the center of Rome is 5 minutes away. The archaeological site of Ostia Antica can be reached in 8 minutes, the beaches with the dunes of Castel Porziano are a 12 minute drive away If you want to visit the historic sites of Rome in our city center "Colosseum" "Foro Imperiali" "Baths of Caracalla" "Trevi Fountain" "Piazza di Spagna" "Vatican" "Sistine Chapel" "Vatican Museums" ... For the kids we are only 30 minutes from Zoomarine the Great Marine Park with dolphins and other aquatic animal species. 20 minutes to go shopping is the Castel Romano outlet with the great fashion brands, or get to the large EurRoma2 Shopping Center.
