Villa delle Rose is a beautiful modern villa on a hill overlooking the sea. It enjoys a wonderful garden with roses, a swimming pool and a porch equipped with outdoor tables and sofas for your relaxation and leisure, an anti-mosquito system applied on the porch will guarantee your peace. The villa has 4 very large bedrooms, with 2 extra beds + 1 double sofa bed in the lounge and 3 bathrooms. WiFi is free and good connection is ensured. The villa is 20 km from the beach in Pesaro or Cattolica.

Located on top of the hill on the border between Marche and Romagna. It enjoys a special view of both the sea of Riccione and the sea of Pesaro. The villa is located 20 km from Pesaro and Urbino and 30 from Cattolica. Ideal position to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, to visit the countless surrounding villages and castles (Gradara, Tavullia, Mondaino, Montegridolfo all 15 km away).
