The villa Elena is a modern house located in a very quiet area 5 minutes up the hill driving from beautiful Menaggio town on lake Como. The place offers a magnificent view, tranquillity, a large terrace, a nice garden with outdoor facilities and a hot tub. This house is full of light and sunshine due to large panoramic windows facing the lake in the kitchen, living room and main bedroom. 2 cars can be easily parked in on the territory. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern machinery, it has all the necessary dishes, cutlery and whatever you might need to cook. We provide bed linen, fresh towels, toilet paper and soap. There is a laundry machine, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. During the summer guests are welcome to use the barbeque and during the winter - a fireplace. Please note that THE HOT TUB IS NORMALLY CLOSED FROM MID-OCTOBER TILL BEGINNING OF APRIL, however, it can be closed later and opened earlier if we have enough bookings in consequence.
