The villa was built in the park of the former property of Franco Alfano, famous conductor, who finished Puccini's "Turandot" left unfinished by the author. The flat, although close to the centre, is situated in a quiet residential area with little traffic and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. Old palm trees, mimosa trees and peppers are found all around the house. Roses and cica enrich the lawns. You can dine al fresco under the porch of the main entrance almost all year round. San Remo is known for its mild climate during the winter months. The location of the property is particularly good and is completely sheltered from the wind.
