Property information

A quiet cottage in the countryside, 5 minutes from the town of Oliena, where you can taste the products of the earth and relax in the peace and quiet of nature. The residence, which enjoys all services, consists of: room that can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed and a double sofa bed , dining room, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor veranda with courtyard and barbecue (available in certain periods)all at the guest’s disposal. The house is equipped with all amenities, such as A/C and Wi-Fi throughout the house. Guests will have access to the house and the surrounding land. There are animals such as dogs, cats and chickens. All of them are confined with the exception of cats and are looked after by the owner. Come and visit us! Other things to know: - In order to access the house, you will need to check-in online. Guests must upload their identity documents and sign the short lease agreement as required by Italian law. - In all Sweet Home Sardinia homes we are committed to make a proper separate collection. It will be mandatory to follow the instructions that will be sent at the beginning of the stay. The correct sorting and disposal of waste is the responsibility of the guests. - Unidentified persons are not allowed to enter the house.

Neighbourhood information

A perfect place to stay and discover Barbagia, its geographical position favors its proximity to Nuoro, Orgosolo, Mamoiada. Just a few kilometers from hiking trails and places of interest, such as the springs of Su Gologone, the Lanaitto Valley and the caves of Sa Oche, Su Ventu and Grotta Corbeddu, as well as the countless hiking trails suitable for every person. In just 30 minutes you can reach the beach of Cala Gonone or all the other beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.
