Villa Filbertina is a villa in a private condominium, with a shared swimming pool 40 meters from the house. The villa is on 2 levels, has a large living room and a separate kitchen and 1 bathroom with bathtub, large panoramic terraces with sea and mountain views equipped for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms including 2 doubles and 2 twins, 1 bathroom with shower. The villa is perfect if you want to spend your family or your firiends holidays, enjoy breathtaking views and sunsets over the sea, take a dip in the pool nearby the house. You will be very close to the most beautiful beaches of the south-eastern coast, reachable in 10/15 minutes by car. Having a car is extremely necessary for your vacation here.
