The Villa is located a few meters from Portofino, reachable on foot thanks to a 300-meter path and is 1 kilometer from the famous Paraggi beach. The large panoramic terraces surrounding the property are equipped with a splendid swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Portofino, a covered terrace with a dining table, perfect for summer dinners and numerous lounge areas with sofas and chairs where you can relax. The property is equipped with 1 private parking space [ 464 cm x 172 cm ], in the case of other cars we suggest using the public parking area of Portofino. The villa on three levels can host up to 10 people + 2 children and is equipped with air conditioning. On the ground floor the Living Room overlooks the large panoramic terrace with a Lounge Area and a smaller terrace with a veranda where a dining table is located.
