La villetta si trova all'interno di un grande condominio sbarra e guardiano all ingresso con vigilanza 24hsu24 e con diversi servizi a pagamento tra cui anche la piscina e i campi da golf, senza contare la splendida pineta e il mare a pochi minuti.
