This charming property, nestled among lush woodlands, offers the perfect balance between comfort and nature. The well-maintained garden features a sunbathing area, private pool, barbecue space, and several relaxing corners where you can unwind in total tranquility. The interiors are furnished in a simple, modern style, ensuring a comfortable and functional stay. All of this is enhanced by a stunning sea view that makes the experience truly special.
I’m a 30-year-old guy living and working in Sicily, and I truly love my land. I would love to share with my guests the authentic experience that my property can offer, thanks to its natural surroundings.
Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, just a 7-minute drive from the beach and town center. Majestic pine and fir trees surround the villa, along with a grand oak tree beside the house, creating a truly unique experience. From the garden, you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea, the sunset, and the nearby Aeolian Islands.
