Nuovissima Villa costruzione 2022 con 1 camera da letto un soppalco non abitabile con tre posti letto per max 5 persone, c’è un ampia cucina soggiorno tutta attrezzata, la villa è vista mare, la strada di accesso è in selciato non asfaltata il posto è molto tranquillo e rilassante abbastanza isolato distante 1400 metri in linea di aria dal mare e con vista su Torre Bennistra, distante 1000 metri dal Vecchio Borgo di Scopello, davanti la porta c’è una vela ombreggiante tavole e sedie da Giardino
